Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aurin Solutions platform and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Aurin Solutions provides a cloud-based home care management platform including scheduling, electronic visit verification (EVV), billing, HR management, compliance tools, documentation, and related services for home care agencies.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
  • Use the Services to store or transmit malicious code or content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement.

6. HIPAA Compliance

For customers who are HIPAA-covered entities or business associates, we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required. Our platform is designed with HIPAA-aligned security controls, but customers are responsible for their own compliance obligations when using the Services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Current service status is available on our Status Page.

8. Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed in accordance with your selected subscription plan.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of access to the Services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, are the intellectual property of Aurin Solutions. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as described herein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurin Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurin Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your Customer Data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect.
